An external third party was carrying out routine maintenance in the
data centre housing our servers, and testing the systems for fire prevention.
Unfortunately, due to human error, the full fire prevention systems
were triggered. As a result of this, and acting as the system should
in the event of a real fire, all of the servers were sent in to a safe
mode and went offline.
This will effect some websites and email for our clients, but please
be assured that technicians are working to correct this issue as soon
as possible and expect full resolution by early evening. There may
be a few residual issues once the initial rebooting of the servers
is
completed
