This is a demo to show the possibilities of using online video for distance learning and in this instance shows the first step in a process towards the development of leaders in volunteer organizations. It could be presented in a popup the same as the Showcase but generally is best embedded in a page.
NB we always try to produce HD videos if the images allow which can be viewed full screen. To view this video full screen;
1. Hover your mouse over the video once it has started and a control bar will appear
2. Click on the  icon on the bottom right to zoom to full screen
